The Youth Service
Committee devises and carries into effect those plans which will
guide and assist the members of the club in discharging their
responsibilities in matters relating to youth service. The chairman of
this committee is responsible for the youth service activities of the
club, supervises and coordinates the work of any committees that may be
appointed on particular phases of youth service, subject to the
limitation expressed in Section 4 of the club’s by-laws.
